Another funny media event took place Tuesday, after the games. Azalea coach (and media profile) Harald Treutiger once hosted the world's first Survivor show for Swedish television. It happens so that one of the celebrities visiting USA CUP is Survivor Africa winner and soccer star Ethan Zohn (also cofounder of Grassroot Soccer, a non-profit organization which trains Africa’s professional soccer players to teach children about HIV/AIDS prevention).
Kick TV found out their connection and talked them into doing something together for later broadcasting. Like a friendly competition where the two teams were coached by Ethan and Harald. To watch it click here (July 18).
After the game Ethan wrote some autographs, of course.
